Life gives you what you need, when you need it.
God's plan is pretty astounding. It's funny how things can fall so perfectly into place when you let them. We have been wanting to buy house, but been on the fence with it, really unsure. Than we had Mason. 2 months after, we met with our realtor, but weren't too happy with anything in our budget, anyway our lease wasn't up for another 6 months, so we were in no rush and put it to the back burner. Then, Mas was diagnosed with ONH, and a month or two later a cute, 2 bedroom house, 5 doors down from our family was available in our budget. Not to mention, 15 minutes from Blind Children's Learning Center, where he goes twice a week now, and CHOC, where we go twice a week. Currently, I am having to drive 30 minutes plus depending on traffic. We were elated! We got our paper work done and faxed, our offer in, and dreamt of our new house..but we were out bid. Wasn't meant to be. A day later, a beautiful 5 bedroom house came up 2 streets over, we put in our doubtful offer, already preparing to be denied, but we were approved!! The process has taken a couple months, and were just told to put our 30 days, the day our lease is up! God works in mysterious ways. Every day we count our blessings, we sure do have a lot!
